i can't access bonus sites, why?

i can't login, what's wrong?
most often, users will attempt to enter their username, password or the authorization letters in that image using all lowercase or ALL UPPERCASE characters. the fields are case-sensitive which means that "PASS" does not equal "pass". enter it just as you see taking note of caps or lowercase letters, u should be able to login with no problem. (TIP: copy & paste your user/pass into the proper fields and that will certify you are using the correct info)

how do i download your movie files?
once you click the download link, i window will pop up asking you what to do with the file. of course you will want to click "save" then find a good place that you can remember on your computer to save your files (My Documents/My Videos/ is normally a good spot and this directory already exists on all windows installs). once you have chosen the location, click "ok" or "save" then wait for the download to complete. our movie files are pretty large so we recommend you use a download manager that works thru your browser to insure you don't get broken downloads (FireFox has a download manager built-in).

what do i need to view your movie files?
any multimedia application that can handle video will allow you to view the files once you have saved them to your hard drive. windows comes bundled with Windows Media Player, you can download alternates like DivX or WinAmp.

why do your site say "site is under maintenance"?
this is a standard message given my our server once a member has reached his daily download limit. each unique user is limited to a download of 2gb per 24 hr period. we must make this limit due to some who might abuse the site and our costly bandwidth.

how often is the site updated?
every week on a specific day (as reported in the members area) a new update will be posted to the site. it will come at the same time, every week, for the full lifetime of your membership, guaranteed.

how do i cancel my membership?
simply contact CCBill or . you should have all your subscription information saved in an email which they sent to you upon signing up with one of our sites. if you can't locate that email, normally they will be able to locate your account using the email address you signed up with and further assist you with cancellation. if you choose to cancel, please send us feedback and let us know what we could've done to make your experience better!
