» What is this going to cost me?
that all depends on what you want your website to do. normally we can cover all your needs with one of our packages. some services will cost
extra as they are not included in the package price but we will clearly communicate that to you upon completion of an assessment. we'll be
glad to make an appointment to go over an assessment with you personally. fill out the online application form here
then we'll contact you to setup a time for us to visit you - or feel free to contact us 9am-5pm Monday thru Saturday by telephone at +66.081.589.6986.
» How do i pay for your services?
you can make payment in cash or by bank transfer. all services require a 50% deposit before any work begins and 50% upon completion and delivery
of the project. monthly hosting fees must be paid within 14 days of due date to avoid account suspension but we always give plenty of notice and
friendly reminders before any action is taken. we want your sites to stay open and ready for your customers at all times and we'll go out of our
way to make sure we help you continue that reliable service.
» How long will it take to get my site online?
this will largely depend upon how long it takes to get the information we need for your site. if we handle everything from domain registration,
photos and writing then you can expect completion and a live website in about 2-3 weeks. if you provide everything we need, you already have
your domain name, required writing, photos, logos (on a cd, in digital format) then you're looking at as little as 7 days.
» Can you make my site look just like [BUSINESS NAME]'s site?
we can use existing sites as guides to what you have in mind for your site but we cannot duplicate another site's design and apply it to yours.
it's always better to have a unique design that reflects the individuality of your business. don't have any ideas for yourself and want to
check out some sites you think you might want to model yours after? browse sites like CWD and

» How are you people different than other website services here?
our experience is extensive and quite simply, our designers have an excellent eye for professional design. while most design and hosting
businesses simply focus on getting your business online, we take it a step further by insuring that when you do get online, your website is
professional looking, provides sufficient information and is always available and online. we're here for the long run and we will never leave
you hanging. if you have a problem, or need assistance, simply fill out our online support forum and one of
your staff will get back to you in less than 24 hours.
» Can you get my site listed in all the search engines?
we do not specialize in extensive marketing of your site. there are many things involved with getting your site traffic from submitting to
links directories, advertising, search engine optimization, etc. it would be impossible to provide cost effective solutions if these things
were included in any of our packages. we will consider marketing possibilities and advise you on things you can do yourself, but this of
course will need to be discussed on an individual client basis.
» Can you make my site make money?
we do not specialize in e-commerce websites. our focus is giving small businesses a professional online presence that accurately reflects
the products and services they offer in the brick and mortar world, offline.
» Why do i have to pay you every month for hosting my site?
hosting is a service like phone service. you may not actually use the phone but its always on there for someone to contact you just as we
keep your site online 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your customers to contact and find more information about you!
» I want my site to be all "flash", can you do that?
we'll be glad to add flash elements to any site design but we don't recommend you get a fully "flashed out" site design. flash is difficult
to update and add new info for your business. updating your site would then take on normal, hourly design charges rather than basic site
maintenance. flash is "pretty" but it isn't always timely or cost effective.
» Does my business have to be based in Thailand?
our primary team members are based in Pattaya, Thailand. to provide all our services, yes, your business would need to be based in thailand.
for general design and hosting services where you provide all the necessary materials for us to do our job, no - your business does not have
to be based in thailand. we can provide services to any business, anywhere in the world and rates are based on the exchange rate of the Thai
Baht.
